At Bethel we do not believe that children are separate from our church body, but are very much a part of it.  We teach them in separate classrooms because each age level learns differently.  We also participate with the larger church body in times of worship, special holidays and events.

We see the care and safety or your child as very important.  When you arrive in the Nursery or on the Second floor you will find our electronic check in system that will allow us to identify any allergies or special concerns for your children.  We ask that you enter some important information about your child so we can better serve your family.  If at any time we need you during the service you will notice your three digit pager number that is on the pick up reciept you recieve when you check your child in.  This number will appear on the black electronic display on the left side of the sanctuary.  Read below to find a class that suites your child.

Important News!

Here at Bethel we place high value on the safety of children. As a result, we are going to be upgrading our electronic check-in system to keep up with our standard of safety and ease of use.  The new system is part of My Bethel - our new online community. This new check-in system is more secure, reliable and easier to use.  We will be releasing a video that will take you through the check-in process and answer the most frequently asked questions. This video will be released two weeks prior to the changeover to allow for a smooth transition in the switch over.   If you have NOT filled out a registration form for your child, please do so as soon as possible to make the switch over easier. We require all participants of any Kids @ Bethel ministry to have a registration form filled out, just like in the past.

Ages 0-1

Our Little Lambs Nursery is located on the main floor in the Foyer just before the entrance into the sanctuary.  It is open to all children from 0-1yrs of age.  Trisha Rempel and her team provide a safe and nurturing place for these littlest ones.  There is plenty of snacks and toys to go around.  There is also a separate room in the nursery for diaper changing and nursing mothers.  

If you like to keep your child with you during the service and you need a place to stretch their legs please feel free to come and visit.

Ages 2-3

The Preschool Pipsqueaksis a class where your child or children are taught the building blocks that will help shape their walk with God.  Somerset Sitko joined by her team, teach these little ones the nature of Daddy God.  Their class time is full of snacks, games, singing and crafts all based on one central learning point for that Sunday.  The Pipsqueaks class is located on the second floor in room 216.

Ages 4-5

The Adventure Bible Classis just that… an adventure your child goes on through the pages of the Living Word - the Bible - filled with games, crafts and prayer.  Heather Boyce along with her team members make a Fun-packed and Bible-filled time each Sunday Morning.  The ABC class is located on the second floor in room 204.

Ages 6-10

The Radical Team Kids are full of energy, creativity and hunger for learning.  We create an atmosphere that is fun and open to experiencing God.  We teach lessons on who God is, the power of prayer, importance of faith and the Holy Spirit’s role in our lives, to name a few.  We do not believe any child is too young to learn about God and experience His presence.  On a typical Sunday morning you could find a puppet skit, Multimedia News Reports, games and Praise and Worship.  Our room is located on the second floor in room 211.

Ages 11-13

The Leaders of Tomorrowget together after the adult morning worship service in room 206 on the second floor.  Rev. Stephen Mitchel, the interim Junior Youth Director, leads an amazing team of volunteers who are dedicated to bringing out the full potential in the Junior Youth.  We talk about relevant issues and bring a Biblical perspective to what youth are facing in today's culture.  Did we forget to mention there are games and snack?
