  Fusion Prayer Points

God has ultimately given us victory over sin in our lives because of Christ’s conquest on the cross and His resurrection from the dead. We celebrate that above everything this evening. 2 Corinthians 2:14 states, “But thanks be to God, who in Christ always leads us in triumphal procession, and through us spreads the fragrance of the knowledge of Him everywhere” As we worship and lift up the name of Jesus tonight we pray for God to give us victory in the following areas:

Victory over Trouble – We thank you, Lord, that you lead us into triumph over every area in our lives! We bring every impossible situation to you in Jesus name. We rest in the fact that if God is for us, who can be against us (Romans 8:31). We can continually accomplish all you call us to do because we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13). We bow down before the one we know who can do exceedingly abundantly above all that we can ask or imagine. To Him, be the glory! (Ephesians 3:21-21)

Victory over Heaviness – Father, we pray that you will give us victory over the battlefield of our minds. We pray against all discouragement In Jesus name! 2 Corinthians 4:8 states we may be afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair.  In this season of heaviness, I pray that you give us perfect peace as our minds are stayed on you (Isaiah 26:3). We set our hearts and minds on things above because you are our source (Colossians 3:1-2). We fit every loose thought and emotion and impulse into the structure of life shaped by Christ. (2Corinthians 10:5 MSG)

Victory over Strongholds – God, we pray against any longstanding and stubborn entities which remain in our lives. For the Lord, your God is he who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies, to give you the victory. (Deuteronomy 20:4)  We realize that in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us…and that nothing in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:37-39) We take confidence that if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. (John 8:36).  He disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame by triumphing over them in him. (Colossians 2:15)
