The Joy Smith Foundation works to ensure that every Canadian man, woman and child is safe from manipulation, force, or abuse of power designed to lure and exploit them into the sex trade or forced labour.
This is achieved through:
- Educating the public; and
- Providing support to frontline organizations that rescue and rehabilitate survivors, and organizations that safeguard all Canadians from human trafficking.
The Joy Smith Foundation is participating in the Ride for Refuge, an annual, family-friendly cycle or walking event to raise money for charities across the country. We want to Be-the-love and Be-the-light by raising support for the Joy Smith Foundation.
