A Little Bit About Us

What To Expect

Bethel Brandon, an affiliate of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada, is a church where believers gather for worship, fellowship, biblical teaching, and ministry—embracing spiritual gifts and roles found in the New Testament Church.

We are a church in the community, for the community, striving to be the hands and feet of Jesus. Our mission is to be the LINK, LOVE, and LIFE of Christ in Brandon.

Committed to the Great Commission, we share the gospel locally in Southwest Manitoba and globally through our missions program.

  • What time is church?

    Church starts at 10:30 a.m.

  • What is the parking like?

You can park in the front lot and enter through the west entrance. Signage will help you find your way, and there are designated wheelchair and seniors' parking spaces.

  • Where do I go?

Friendly greeters will welcome you, answer any questions, and help with seating. If you have children, visit the Children’s Ministry kiosk upstairs for information and check-in. They will guide you to your child’s classroom, or you can choose to keep them with you in the main auditorium.

  • Where do my children go?

Kids@Bethel offers Sunday morning classes for children from six months to Grade 8. Check-in requires a short registration form, and each child receives a name tag.

Our children’s area is safe, clean, and loving, with trained and screened staff. While children are welcome to stay with you, most enjoy their classes!

  • How should I dress?

Wear what makes you comfortable! You'll see people in everything from jeans and sneakers to suits and business casual.

  • What’s the music like?

We start with upbeat worship music, blending modern songs with classic hymns. Our worship team features piano, drums, acoustic and electric guitars, bass, and sometimes violin.

Lyrics are displayed on screens, so feel free to sing along or simply listen. We also incorporate videos, stage lights, and live streaming, so you may see cameras during the service.

  • Will we ask for money?

We provide an opportunity for regular attendees to give tithes and offerings, but as our guest, please don’t feel obligated. We’d love for you to fill out a digital Connect Card instead!

  • What is the preaching like?

Our messages are engaging, relevant, and Biblically based. Expect to laugh, reflect, and feel inspired as we invite you into a life that matters.

  • How long is the service?

    The service lasts 60 minutes.

Parents: To pick up your child, present the unique pick-up tag from check-in—children are only released to adults with this tag.

Our Values

We are committed to living out the values of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to love God, love others, and share the good news of Jesus Christ.

The Holy Spirit's Ministry

We believe the words that Jesus spoke when He said "without Me, you can do nothing", so we value His presence and works.

Honour

Firstly to God as our Father and Creator, and secondly to our fellow man.

Prayer

Jesus always took time alone as a man on earth to remove Himself from distraction and connect heaven with earth.

Unity

Unity in our local assembly as well as with the Body of Christ at large throughout the nations.

Truth

We believe that the Word of God is truth and therefore we hold fast to the Word of God as our foundation upon which we conduct all matters of life and ministry.

Relationships

We believe that God's intent for the church was to live, act, and conduct life together as a community of believers living together as a healthy family.

Passion

We believe that our Father, God, is passionate in His love and pursuit of us as His children. Therefore we encourage our people in the passionate pursuit of the Lord and all that He has for them in their daily walk of life.
