All fitness levels are welcome! Fitness classes run weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays in Bethel's gym.

These classes will help:

  • improve balance
  • increase strength
  • maintain independence
  • build confidence

Bring your own mat, dumbbells and water. Classes are held in Bethel's gym.
Monthly memberships and Drop-in Rates are available.
