The Blessing of Salvation ...in order that the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.” (Galatians 3:14) The greatest blessing that God has given is His Son who paid the ultimate price for our sin. Through this blessing we have a changed relationship with God. We become adopted into the family of God and have access to the Father. It is the blessing that happens when we invite Jesus to take our life and the Spirit of God resides in our life. Father we thank you that you give us life to the full (John 10:10). That in you there is fullness of joy (Pslam16:11). Thank you for your inexpressible gift (2 Corinthians 9:15)
The Bestowal of Every Spiritual Blessing. God we thank you for your spiritual blessings (Ephesians 1:3). The blessing of your presence, your providence, and direction. Also your kindness, goodness, and faithfulness are just to name a few. Add to that the fact that your steadfast love and mercy are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). That every good and perfect gift comes from you (James 1:17). We worship you because of your goodness to us.
The Ability to Bless Others. The Lord bless you and keep you; The Lord make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you; The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace.”’ (Numbers 6:24-26 Jesus, as we conclude, help us to be generous in blessing others. May the blessings that we receive from you flow into the lives of those around us. May your favour in our lives help us to be a light in a darkened world. We surrender our whole life to you.
